EP 34 - Missing Minors

Every parent’s worst nightmare! They turn for a second and lose track of their child. Could be that the kid wandered off or something much more devious may have happened….
It was a quiet Christmas Eve in 1945 when a horrific fire broke out at the Sodder house, but when only half of the children escaped the flames the tragedy was amplified. However, once the fire was out and an investigation was underway there were no bodies or remnants of the missing children. What happened to them? Were they kidnapped? Did they perish in the fire? The world may never know.
The Lindbergh’s put their 20 month old son, Charlie Jr., to bed at 7:30 pm when the nurse checked on him at 10 the crib was empty! The next day every paper across the US had the story plastered to the front page! After an agonizing investigation little Charlie was found not far from his own front door…dead. The man held responsible to the murder proclaimed his innocents till he was put to death but to this day there are still questions…. what do you think happened?

Joseph Pellicci was part of a family who still owns the famous restaurant Pellicci’s. Unfortunately, one day he told his family his morning plans that would end with Joe covering his shift at the restaurant, but then disappeared, never to be heard of again. Was it a mob hit? Was it the scorned other half of his side chick? Although there is plenty of evidence and investigating that can still be done we may never know what actually happened to Joseph Pellicci.

Gardens can invoke a sense of calm whether they be flowers or vegetables or even rocks. People take time and sow effort into making a beautiful oasis for themselves and others to enjoy. However, some gardens hold secrets and all it takes is a heavy rain or a nosy dog and everyone knows your business!

The Pickman’s didn’t know what they were in for when they rented their first house. Originally built for a doctor to both live with his family and practice medicine it’s walls have absorbed countless emotions and moments but one crucial moment has never left. The Sallie house is currently being used as a ghost lab where investigators go and practice their investigating techniques as well as test out the new equipment that is being developed everyday.
Jane Toppan, nicknamed Jolly Jane, was an American serial killer who is known to have committed twelve murders in Massachusetts between 1895 and 1901 while she worked in a nurse in Massachusetts.

We go to hotels for all sorts of reasons. Great times on vacations or to attend a wedding. Sometimes though we stay at a hotel for benign reasons - work a trade show. But what about the times we need to stay a hotel for bad reasons - a break up or a funeral.
We have all heard the stories of the Cecil Hotel. The Black Dahlia, Richard Ramirez, Jack Unterweger, and countless suicides the hall of the Cecil have seen some things and Jenn is going to tell us all about it.
The Goldfield hotel is well known in the paranormal community. It’s known for disembodied footsteps, EVPs, and possessions…. are you ready to learn about the Goldfield?

The Bell Witch is not only considered one of the most well known ghost stories of all time, it’s actually the most historically documented ghost stories all all time! This haunting also caused the first documented paranormal cause of death! You think the Blair Witch was bad - she was influenced by the Bell Witch - so “hold on to your butts” we’re going back to 1817 and it’s going to be a ride!
TRIGGER WARNING - School Shooting
Unfortunately, school shootings have become a weekly occurrence here in America, we hate this fact! One of the most notorious school shootings, that we still talk about today is the Columbine Shooting. We, as a society, have learned so much from this event that it has helped keep thousands alive. We tell this story, not to glorify the bad but, to share the warning signs and celebrate those who gave their lives for others. This is a case that hits close to home considering Jenn is a teacher and we both live in an area that has been heavily impacted by a school shooting in the past.
